1. Program Structure & Micro-Batches

Mentora After-School Academy delivers live, mentor-led programs for students in Classes IV–VIII across six specialized tracks (Junior Tech, Senior Tech, AeroFlight, STEM Kit Lab, Applied AI, and Graphic Design):

  • Micro-Batch Limit: To ensure dedicated mentor attention, live cohorts are capped at ≤ 8 students per batch.
  • Schedule: Classes meet 2 to 3 evenings per week (60 minutes per class). If a student misses a session, on-demand video replays and slides are accessible immediately on the Student Dashboard.
  • Track Flexibility: Students can switch between tracks at the start of any monthly cycle with no penalty.

2. Monthly Pass Billing & Cancellation Policy

We believe in total transparency and customer freedom:

  • Pass Pricing: The Mentora Academy Monthly Pass is ₹800 per month (inclusive of all live classes, coding sandbox access, mentor reviews, and parent portal analytics).
  • Zero Lock-in: There are no long-term contracts, annual lock-ins, or exit penalties.
  • 1-Click Cancellation: Parents may cancel or pause their subscription at any time via the Parent Portal or by emailing admissions@mentora.school prior to the next billing date.
  • Money-Back Guarantee: If after attending the first week of live classes you are not completely satisfied, notify us within 7 days of enrollment for a full 100% refund.

3. Physical STEM Kit Fulfillment & Replacement

For students enrolled in physical hardware tracks (*AeroFlight & Drone Engineering* and *Hands-On Flight & STEM Kit Lab*):

  • Doorstep Delivery: Kits are dispatched across India via BlueDart and Delhivery within 3–5 business days of enrollment. A tracking link is shared with the parent via WhatsApp and email.
  • Transit Damage Guarantee: If any balsa wood component, propeller, motor, or sensor is broken during transit, Mentora will dispatch a free replacement within 24 hours of receiving a photo over WhatsApp.
  • Safety Standards: All electronic components in the kit operate at a safe 5V USB voltage level with no exposed high voltages or soldering required.

4. Virtual Classroom Code of Conduct

Mentora maintains a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment for young learners:

  • Students must treat classmates and mentors with kindness and respect during voice and video interactions.
  • Inappropriate language, cyberbullying, or intentional disruption of virtual classrooms will result in immediate warning and parent conference.

5. Intellectual Property & Student Ownership

Students own 100% of their creative creations. All Scratch games, Python code files, 2D graphic assets, and drone configurations built by students during the academy remain their exclusive intellectual property. Mentora may only showcase student projects publicly with prior parental permission.
