What to do if your mouse stops clicking or the screen freezes during the examination
Computer Terminal Screen Freezes or Mouse Cursor Disappears
Action: Do NOT panic or strike the keyboard. Immediately raise your hand quietly to alert the room invigilator.
The official examination server runs centrally. If your workstation freezes, your exam timer AUTOMATICALLY PAUSES. Zero seconds or marks are lost.
